Our next installment in the NBW Series is from Chris Sawicki. Critch plays guitar in Church Tongue, a post-hardcore band bringing a special energy to Columbus and the wider heavy music scene. Church Tongue was recently welcomed to the Blood & Ink Records family and will release their first full-length on October 21 (but if you're a smart boy like me, you may already own a copy).
If you're down that you couldn't make it out to any stops on the most recent Church Tongue tour (or sad you couldn't make it out to MORE THAN ONE show, like me again), let a little love in and allow some sleepy music from Critch to calm your nerves. This playlist includes an all-time favorite of ours in the Talking Heads song, and resurrects a lost Gorillaz BANGER (just in time for Phase 4. Wink wink, Harry.)
